A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, he brings over 20 years of rich experience in business strategy, development, and operations. Under his transformative leadership at Home Zone Rubber Solutions, the company has pioneered innovative solutions in tyre recycling, creating high-quality rubber crumbs for diverse industrial applications. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding Stainless Bazaar, a thriving B2B digital marketplace that has revolutionized India's stainless steel industry. Mr. Agarwal's vision extends to expanding into value-added recycled rubber products, including Reclaim Rubber, CRMB, and eco-friendly flooring solutions.
Mr. Abhijeet Ashok Deshpande Whole-time Director & Chief Operating OfficerAt 51, Mr Deshpande brings 29 years of rich industry experience, including 16 years in the automotive/engineering sectors and 13+ years in the recycling industries. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, his operational expertise drives Home Zone's manufacturing excellence and technological innovation.
Mr. Radheyshyam Madanlal Sharma Director A seasoned finance professional at 62, Mr. Sharma brings invaluable expertise in financial strategy and management. A Commerce graduate from Rajasthan University, he masterminds the company's financial operations, from organizational planning to resource management. His expertise in treasury functions, risk management, and institutional liaison plays a crucial role in Home Zone's financial stability and growth.
Mr. Amit Mallawat Independent Director At 37, Mr. Mallawat combines his expertise as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in finance and banking advisory. His multifaceted knowledge in corporate finance, trade finance, and working capital management brings a valuable perspective to the board.
CA Vijyatta Jaiswal Independent Director A practising Chartered Accountant for 25 years, CA Jaiswal brings distinguished expertise in direct taxation, audit, and consultancy. A rank holder throughout her CA journey and currently serving as an Independent Director at Rishiroop Ltd, she enriches the board with her financial acumen.
